| Four | $18,650 – $31,050 |
| Five | $20,150 – $33,550 |
| Six | $21,650 – $36,000 |
| Seven | $23,150 – $38,500 |
| Eight | $24,600 – $41,000 |

In order to proceed we will need to have you set up an appointment with us to come into our office at 350 Bank Street (the Northgate Church South Campus Building) in Batavia, NY. Once we have set up a time and date for you to come in, our application process requires that you have the following materials available for us to review and make copies of:
Verification of all household
income:
0 2 years of tax returns with W2’s
0 Current month of pay stubs
0 If applicable, proof of receiving child support, maintenance (alimony), TANF, SSI, or SSD
0 Name, address and phone number of employer
0 Name, address and phone number of current Landlord
